| We
have ongoing classes which focus on the essential
teachings of Buddhism. The format of the class is
as follows: first a brief breathing meditation, then
a teaching session, then a question and answer session
and finally another meditation session based on
the teaching of the day. We explore concepts such as
love, compassion, dealing with anger, calming our desires,
karma and much more. In these classes we learn how
we can apply these concepts on a daily basis in
order to live fuller and more meaningful lives. It
is a great way to reduce your stress in the middle of
the week, so come and join us! These classes are
on a drop-in basis, you do not need to sign up or
call ahead. Wednesdays @ 7:30 p.m. - 9:00
